CerebraHive was born out of frustration. Our founder Katherine Joy J. Sia had spent years watching businesses struggle to find the right people — not because the talent didn't exist, but because the systems for finding it were broken. Slow, expensive, and built for a world that no longer existed.
She built CerebraHive to fix that. Starting with a small network of vetted professionals across Southeast Asia, the company grew into a global platform connecting businesses in North America, Europe, and Australia with exceptional talent across 40+ countries.
